okgg Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the okgg platform, including all betting, casino gaming, payment, and account functions. By accessing or using okgg, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Please read this document carefully before placing any wager or making any deposit.
Eligibility Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use okgg. Age verification is conducted during the KYC process. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed immediately and all balances are forfeited in line with anti-underage-gambling obligations.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold exactly one okgg account. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — are prohibited. Bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts are void and the accounts subject to immediate closure.
KYC Verification
okgg reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any point. Standard documents include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be held pending KYC completion.
Wagering Requirements

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to Visa and Mastercard are processed within 1 –3 business days. okgg does not charge transaction fees on standard deposit and withdrawal operations for verified accounts.

Where these Terms refer to "writing" or "written notice", this includes communication via the Platform's live chat system or to the official support email address at [email protected]. Oral communications do not constitute written notice for the purposes of these Terms.
Eligibility & Account Registration
Age Restriction: The okgg Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. Registering an account, placing a wager, or making a deposit while under the age of 18 is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence in certain jurisdictions. okgg employs age verification checks and will close any account found to belong to a minor, forfeiting any balance in line with applicable anti-underage-gambling standards.
To register an okgg account and access the Platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. Players in jurisdictions where the legal gambling age exceeds 18 must meet the higher local requirement.
- You are registering and acting in your own name as an individual natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and trusts may not register player accounts.
- You do not already hold an active or previously closed okgg account. One account per person is enforced strictly.
- You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your location before registering.
- You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party. All wagering activity must be conducted using funds that belong to you personally.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of okgg or any of its affiliated service providers.
- You have not been previously self-excluded from the Platform or placed on any exclusion register in a jurisdiction that requires okgg to honour that exclusion.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and chosen payment method details. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
okgg reserves the right to require documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of registration information at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.
Players located in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar may register and use the Platform subject to these Terms. okgg specifically operates infrastructure and payment processing optimised for the Bangladesh market, accepting BDT deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
Account Rules & Security
Your okgg account is personal to you. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. okgg will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.
Account security obligations include the following:
- Use a strong, unique password for your okgg account that is not shared with any other service.
- Do not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances, including family members.
- Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
- Enable any two-factor authentication options available in your account security settings.
- Notify okgg immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
okgg accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from a Player voluntarily sharing their credentials or failing to secure their device. Where unauthorised access is reported promptly, okgg will investigate and may freeze the account pending resolution, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds already wagered or withdrawn prior to the report.
Currency Selection: Players select their preferred currency (BDT or INR) at the time of registration. Currency selection is permanent and cannot be changed after the first deposit has been made. If you require a currency change, you must contact [email protected] before making your first deposit. okgg does not guarantee that a currency change request will be accommodated after account activation.
All account activity — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is logged and retained by okgg for a minimum period of five years from the date of the activity. Players may request a summary of their account activity by contacting the support team. Such requests are fulfilled within 10 business days.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals on the okgg Platform are processed through the payment methods listed in the cashier section of your account. Currently accepted payment methods for BDT transactions include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Dutch-Bangla Bank transfers are also accepted for eligible accounts. Payment method availability may vary based on your account verification status and transaction history.
Deposit conditions:
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile wallet transactions.
- Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for mobile wallet payments under standard processing conditions.
- Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned where the originating account can be identified. Where return is not possible, the funds are forfeited.
- okgg does not charge deposit transaction fees. Any fees charged by your mobile network operator or bank are your responsibility.
- Deposit limits may be applied to your account based on responsible gaming settings you have configured or that okgg has applied following a responsible gaming assessment.
Withdrawal conditions:
- Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is finalised.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 for mobile wallet methods. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible, as part of okgg's anti-money-laundering (AML) protocol.
- Processing time for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay withdrawals is within 4 hours for verified accounts during standard processing periods. During high-volume periods such as BPL season peaks, processing may extend to 8 hours.
- Withdrawals to Visa and Mastercard are processed within 1–3 business days depending on the card issuing bank's processing schedule.
- okgg reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including for AML compliance purposes. Requests for documentation will be communicated via your registered email address.
Players are responsible for any tax obligations arising from gambling winnings in their jurisdiction. okgg does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of players. Consult a qualified tax adviser if you are uncertain about your local tax position with respect to gambling income.
Bonus & Promotions Policy
okgg offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket season specials, free spins packages, and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer and to these general bonus policy conditions.
General bonus conditions applicable to all okgg promotions:
- Bonus offers are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Claiming multiple bonus offers via duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. Wagering requirements are stated as a numeric multiplier (e.g., 30x) in the specific offer terms.
- Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Slots contribute 100%. Live casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) contribute between 10% and 20% as specified per offer. Poker cash game rake contributions are stated in poker-specific promotion terms.
- Minimum odds conditions apply to sports betting wagers contributing toward wagering requirements. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold stated in the offer terms do not contribute to wagering completion.
- Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period stated in the specific offer (typically 7–30 days from the date of crediting). Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
- okgg does not apply retroactive changes to bonus terms that are active on a Player's account at the time of the change. Any updates to general bonus policy apply to bonuses claimed after the effective date of the update.
- If a Player requests a withdrawal before completing applicable wagering requirements, any uncompleted bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. The real-money portion of the balance (net of bonus funds) remains withdrawable.
Seasonal Promotions: okgg offers enhanced promotions aligned with key Bangladesh market events including BPL T20 season, IPL, ICC World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and other cultural calendar milestones. Specific terms for seasonal promotions are published in the promotions section of the Platform no later than 48 hours before the promotion goes live. Players are encouraged to review offer terms before opting in.
okgg reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-term, any wagering progress already recorded toward the promotion's requirements will be assessed on a pro-rata basis and a fair resolution offered to affected players via the support team.
Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules govern all wagering activity on the okgg Platform, across the sportsbook, live casino, slots, poker, and any other gaming product available. Players are expected to familiarise themselves with the rules specific to each product category before placing wagers.
Sportsbook — general rules:
- All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked. okgg does not honour requests to cancel confirmed bets except in cases of demonstrable system error.
- In-play (live) bets are accepted until the market is suspended. okgg may suspend markets at any time without notice, including during active play, and is not liable for missed in-play opportunities caused by market suspension.
- In the event that a sporting fixture is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules for the specific sport as published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform. For cricket, standard ICC rules apply as the default settlement framework for weather-affected matches.
- Maximum payout limits per event and per market are displayed in the relevant market details. Winnings in excess of these limits are capped at the published maximum regardless of the odds at which the bet was placed.
- okgg reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds caused by a pricing error. Affected players will be notified and their stake returned without delay.
Casino and slots — general rules:
- All casino and slot games on the Platform use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) mechanics provided by licensed software suppliers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published for each title where required by the software provider.
- Live casino games are operated by third-party live dealer studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi). The rules of each live game are governed by the studio's published game rules, available within the game interface.
- In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game server's record, not the Player's device. Any dispute regarding disconnection outcomes must be reported to the support team within 48 hours of the session.
Poker — general rules:
- Texas Hold'em cash games and tournaments operate according to standard international poker rules. Hand rankings, blinds structure, and tournament payout structures are published in the poker lobby before each session.
- Collusion between players at the same table is strictly prohibited. okgg employs detection systems to identify collusive betting patterns. Accounts found to be colluding will be immediately closed and balances forfeited.
- The use of poker bots, automated decision-making software, or real-time assistance (RTA) tools is strictly prohibited. okgg reserves the right to close any account found to be using such tools without advance notice.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okgg Platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform.
- Bonus abuse: Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using automated systems to generate betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements artificially, or exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
- Money laundering: Using the Platform's deposit and withdrawal functions to cycle funds for the purpose of disguising their origin. okgg is required to report suspicious transaction patterns to appropriate authorities and will cooperate fully with any investigation.
- Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets based on insider information relating to the outcome of a sporting event, or participating in any arrangement to fix or influence the outcome of a sporting event on which bets are offered.
- System exploitation: Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through a confirmed system exploit are void and the account is subject to closure.
- Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform, except where okgg has provided a documented API arrangement in writing.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider for deposits that were validly received and used for wagering. okgg reserves the right to recover chargeback amounts from any positive account balance and to close accounts that initiate unjustified chargebacks.
- Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language toward okgg support staff or other players via any Platform communication channel.
Enforcement: okgg employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Players suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct may have their accounts suspended without prior notice while an investigation is conducted. okgg's determination following an investigation is final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process described in these Terms.
Account Suspension & Closure
Either you or okgg may close your account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.
Player-initiated closure:
- To close your account voluntarily, contact the okgg support team via live chat or email at [email protected] with a written request to close your account.
- Before closure, any real-money balance must be withdrawn to your registered payment method. okgg will process the final withdrawal within the standard processing window applicable to your payment method.
- If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — including a belief that gambling is becoming a problem — please inform the support team so that appropriate responsible gaming safeguards (including self-exclusion) can be applied in addition to account closure.
- Voluntary closure requests are actioned within 24 hours of the request being received and confirmed by the support team.
okgg-initiated suspension or closure:
- okgg may suspend or close any account at its sole discretion where there is a reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct, misrepresentation, AML concerns, or breach of these Terms.
- Where a suspension is imposed pending investigation, the Player will be notified via their registered email address. Suspension does not automatically result in forfeiture of balance — the outcome depends on the investigation findings.
- Where closure follows a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance representing bonus funds and winnings generated during or related to the breach is forfeited. Genuine deposited real-money funds not involved in a breach may be returned at okgg's discretion following AML clearance.
- okgg reserves the right to close accounts in jurisdictions where continued operation would expose okgg to legal or regulatory risk, with 30 days' notice and full balance return to the Player where feasible.
Self-exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period (ranging from 30 days to permanent) may request self-exclusion via live chat or account settings. Self-exclusion is actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion window. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the general principles of international offshore gaming operations. By using the Platform, you agree that any dispute relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through the okgg support team will be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. This clause does not affect your statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction of residence.
okgg reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent in-Platform notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date.
